Agile 8 Advisory, a professional services provider, identified the need to revamp its brand proposition and visual identity due to its rapid growth.
As we evaluated their industry landscape, we observed that their competitors predominantly offer generic, low-cost, mass-market services that cater to the general public. In contrast, Agile 8 specializes in providing customized consultancy services to listed companies.
To support this new proposition, we developed a comprehensive relaunch strategy that encompassed the creation of a new visual identity, website design, communication templates, internal launch plan, and lead generation campaign. Through these efforts, we aimed to position Agile 8 as a unique provider of tailored consultancy services, particularly for listed companies, and to increase brand awareness and client acquisition.
